Employee Self Service Registration

Please see the template below to help your employees register for the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal. Please be sure to enter your 4-Digit company code as indicated in item #2.

Dear Valued Employee,

As a convenience to our employees, we have provided you with access to an online Employee Self Service (ESS) portal. Within the ESS portal, you can access your pay-stubs and tax documents, confirm the accuracy your personal information, view any time off accruals you may have, and more! 

To access the ESS Portal, please see below. 

  1. CLICK HERE to Register
  2. For COMPANY, please use the 4-Digit Payroll ID#  
  3. For Last/Company Name, please only enter YOUR last name as an employee
  4. To complete the setup, please enter your personal details as requested
  5. You will then receive an email notification that will require you to verify your email address, please click the link found with that email to active your account
  6. You can then use this link to LOGIN

**If you are getting the invalid entry notification, "Unable to locate employee record," please confirm your home address with your Human Resources contact. Often times, the error is due to the system having an outdated address on file for you. 

Remember to use the link above or the Employee Self Service link found on the www.WorkPerksPayroll.com website to login to your ESS account. If you forget your password, please use the "forgot password" link found on the login page to reset your password using your verified email address. If you need to update your email account or change any of your personal information, please reach out to your company HR contact.
